Laura didn't think it was funny. Dubya did at first but then Laura explained that Colbert was talking about him. Then he stopped laughing. Nobody should be allowed to make jokes about the King.
I watched the entire Colbert riff. It was painfully funny, painful because it was so, so true. Apparently, W and Laura were not big fans.
